'Battlegrounds Mobile India' Reaches 10 Million Downloads
The official version of "Battlegrounds Mobile India," the Indian counterpart of PUBG Mobile, has been launched in India on July 2. PUBG Mobile was banned in India in September 2020. The official version has finally been released and can be downloaded from the Google Play store. As of July 2, 10 million people have downloaded the game on the same day.

"Ban Battlegrounds Mobile India Game": MLA Writes To PM Modi
Arunachal Pradesh MLA Ninong Ering has written to PM Narendra Modi and requested to ban the upcoming Battlegrounds Mobile India game, citing security concerns. PUBG Rebrands Itself For India Release, Shares Teaser Of Sanhok Map
Indian PUBG fans have geared up for its release as the game developer Krafton posted a new teaser of the Sanhok map on their official Facebook page. The Indian version of PUBG named 'Battlegrounds Mobile India' has been exclusively curated to serve the Indian audience as per the GoI regulations, and will have some changes in the gameplay. The app has also introduced new regulations for children and teenagers.
