3 Jharkhand Congress MLAs Detained In Bengal After Being Found With Cash

Postmortem Report Of Birbhum Victim Reveals Violence Before Burnt Alive

The Birbhum violence victims including women and children were badly beaten up before being burnt alive, revealed the postmortem report, on March 24.  Earlier, the forensic experts conducted tests on bodies, who were found inside houses, which were set on fire by unknowns in Rampurhat, Birbhum, West Bengal. As of now, 20 people are arrested in connection with the incident. Furthermore, CM Mamata Banerjee is also scheduled to hold meeting.

Papiya Kar, a woman from West Bengal, is going viral for distributing leftover food from her brother's wedding reception to the underprivileged people. Kar can be seen in a viral photograph surrounded by elderly women, little children, and rickshaw pullers. Bengal Extends Covid-19 Restrictions Till August 15; Night Curfew To Continue
