Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway Requires Over 20,000 Trees To Be Cut

Karnataka’s proposed Bengaluru-Chennai eight-lane expressway will require 20,748 trees to be cut in its first phase. To be constructed in three phases, the 330km-long freeway will affect over 28,000 people.
