Lionel Messi won Ballon d'Or (Golden Ball) award as the best European football player of the year, on November 29. Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and Argentina National Team player Messi won the award for the 7th time.  The award ceremony was organised at Theatr du Chatalet, Paris. On this win, many players and his teammates including PSG Defender Sergio Ramos congratulated Lionel Messi.
