US State Secy Flags "Human Rights Abuses" In India

During a joint press briefing held with the Indian Defence Minister and the Foreign Minister, US State Secretary Antony Blinken expressed grave concern over what he sees as "human rights abuses" in India. He did not elaborate much, but he did single out government, prison and police officials as the perpetrators.
