Bihar Polls: PM Modi To Address Four Rallies In State On November 1

PM Narendra Modi will be addressing four back-to-back rallies in Bihar on November 1 as the state will undergo second-phase of assembly elections on November 3. Reportedly, PM Modi will begin the rally-marathon from Chapra, followed by a public meeting in Samastipur, after which he will visit Gandhi Maidan in Motihari before concluding the tour in Bagaha. The state CM Nitish Kumar may join the PM in Samastipur and Bagaha.

In an unusual story, almost every household of the Patwatoli village in Gaya district of Bihar has either an IIT student or an IIT alumni. From the village, in which about all the families are involved in gamcha and bedsheet weaving businesses, a total of 250 students have cracked into the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs). Despite of the slim profit-margin, families even take loans to back their wards to take coaching-classes.
