Shiromani Akali Dal MLA Bikram Singh Majithia has been granted bail by Punjab and Haryana High Court. SC To Hear SAD Leader Bikram Singh Majithia's Plea Seeking Quashing Of FIRs Against Him
The Supreme Court has admitted Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia's plea seeking quashing of FIRs filed against him. Reportedly, the FIRs filed against Majithia by Punjab Police under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act, will be challenged, as the plea is scheduled to be heard on April 26. Majithia who was granted protection against arrest till February 23, surrendered himself after the expiry of the said period.
