India-Italy To Hold Virtual Bilateral Meet To Review Ties On Nov 6
The bilateral ties between India and Italy are set to be reviewed on November 6 as PM Modi and Italian PM Giuseppe Conte are scheduled to meet virtually. According to the External Affairs ministry, the two leaders will discuss the “major regional and global issues of mutual concern.” The statement further added that India considers Italy as an important member of the European Union (EU) and values its effort in promoting India-EU ties.

India, Sri Lanka To Meet Virtually To Enhance Bilateral Relationship
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to meet his Sri Lankan counterpart Mahnedra Rajapaksa virtually on September 26. As per the statement by Ministry of External Affairs, the discussions will be on enhancing bilateral relationship between the countries post the Parliamentary polls in Sri Lanka “and in context of time-tested friendly ties”. This summit marks the first official interaction between the leaders after February.

Indian External Affairs Minister Meets with Iranian Counterpart
Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran to build up bilateral cooperation.
