Aiming for progressive defence security, India and Vietnam signed a vision document to strengthen bilateral ties in defence cooperation. Italian Foreign Minister On Three-Day Visit To India, Will Hold Meetings
Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio is on a three-day visit to India for the first time, from May 4, aiming to expand bilateral relations in trade investment, defense and security, and clean and green energy. The Italian delegation will hold meetings with Indian officials, review progress of "Action Plan 2020-24" and meet Union Minister Piyush Goyal. The Italian minister will also hold a business-round table meeting, on May 6.

China Is Pakistan's Steadiest & Closest Partner, Says New PM Shehbaz Sharif
Newly elected Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif met with diplomats in Chinese Embassy, to deepen the bilateral ties between the nations. Sharif said that the voice of 200 million Pakistanis is to take the Pakistan-China relationship to a "higher level". He then stated that China always stood firmly whenever Pakistan was facing internal and external difficulties. "Pakistan regards China as its steadiest friend and closest partner," said Sharif.

Sri Lanka- India Bilateral Ties Strengthen With Luxurious Train Launch
Sri Lanka Government launched a special luxurious train, between Tamil dominated Jaffna and capital city Colombo. The Country's Transport Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi launched train and welcomed Indian Deputy Commissioner K Vinod, at Colombo Fort Station.
