Bishnu Charan Sethi

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Dhamnagar constituency (Odisha) Bishnu Charan Sethi passes away on September 19 night. According to ANI, Sethi was suffering from a kidney ailment and was being treated at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS,) Bhubaneshwar.
