The 26 participants of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance will meet in Mumbai on August 31, September 1. This third meeting of bloc, after Patna and Bengaluru is scheduled to strategies for the Lok Sabha election 2024. "Till now, only TWO meetings have been held in the past TWO months by the INDIA alliance. The meeting is said to be important, as it would define opposition's move.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, on August 17, said that Jawaharlal Nehru is known for the work he did and not just for his name. "Nehru ji is known for the work he did, and not just his name,” said the Congress MP. Notably, BJP-government renamed the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) in New Delhi to the Prime Ministers' Museum and Library Society, following which a huge controversy started.

Delhi Services Bill Gets Approval Of President Droupadi Murmu
The Delhi Services Act became a law after President Droupadi Murmu gave her approval. Notably, Union Home Minister Amit Shah tabled The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023, in Lok Sabha on August 1. The bill is meant to replace the contentious Ordinance on the control of services in the national capital. The bill was passed by Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

Violence in Manipur and Haryana have given an opportunity for the opposition to take a dig at the BJP-led central government. PM Modi Inaugurates Parliament Building In Delhi
The most awaited Parliament Building, constructed at cost of Rs 970 crores, has been inaugurated in Delhi. Opposition parties like SP, YSRCP and others joined the historic moment of inauguration. The new building has a capacity to hold over 1,200 MPs, and have an assembly hall, dining hall, library.
