Chandrashekhar Bawankule Appointed As BJP Chief In Maharashtra
After the change of government in Maharashtra, the BJP announced former minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule as the State BJP unit chief. BJP Delays UP Manifesto Release Amid Lata Mangeshkar's Demise
The BJP unit in Uttar Pradesh, on February 6, announced to postpone, manifesto release. The decision was taken in the view of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar's demise. Scheduled to release at 10:15 today, Amit Shah, Swatantra Dev, CM Yogi Adityanath announced to delay "Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra," the UP manifesto. The next date of the manifesto release would be announced soon. Meanwhile, UP elections are to begin from February 10.
