Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos' Space Tourism Company, Sends 6 People Into Space For Fifth Time
Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos' space company, safely launched its sixth tourist flight to space on June 4. Six individuals were taken 62 miles (100 kilometers) above the Earth's surface into space. The flight took off from Launch Site One, the company's West Texas site. New Shepard is made up of two reusable components: a rocket and a capsule. This was the 21st flight of Blue Origin and New Shepard.

Blue Origin Set To Build 'Commercial Space Business Park'
Blue Origin, owned by Jeff Bezos unveiled plans to develop a commercial space station in the name of "Orbital Reef", collaborating with Boing, which will be used as a business park, opening new markets in space. The venture will be seen partnering with America's Private defence contractors Sierra Nevada Corp, and Arizona University. Notably, Blue Origin completed its first space tourism flight in July, sitting Bezos and three others.

Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin Recieves 'Toxic & Sexist' Work Culture Remarks
An open letter by 21 former and current Blue Origin employees has accused Jeff Bezos and his company of fostering a work culture that's "toxic" and "sexist". The post, led by former employee communications head Alexandra Abrams, also gave examples of alleged sexual harassment. The company put "competing with billionaires" in the space race before employees' safety concerns, it said further.

Jeff Bezos To Fly With World's Youngest Astronaut To Space
Founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, is set to travel to space in his Blue Origin rocket on July 20 with the youngest and the oldest astronauts along with his brother Mark Bezos. Reportedly, 18-year-old Netherland Citizen Oliver Daemen will be the youngest person in the world to travel to space, whereas 82-year-old American pilot Wally Funk will be the oldest person in history to go in space.

Jeff Bezos Joins Blue Origin's Crew Flying To Space On July 20
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos on June 7 announced himself as a member of his space company Blue Origin's first crewed spaceflight, scheduled for July 20. Bezos stated, "On July 20, I will take that journey with my brother [Mark Bezos]." Besides, the company is also conducting a month-long auction process for a seat aboard the New Shepard rocket, for which the bidding amount has crossed $3-million mark till now.

"Can't Get To Orbit": Musk Trolls Bezos Over NASA's Contract To SpaceX
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, through Twitter on April 27, trolled Amazon and space company Blue Origin chief Jeff Bezos, after the latter challenged NASA's contract given to the former. Taking a jibe at Bezos, Musk wrote, "Can't get it up (to orbit) lol", adding more fuel to their space rivalry. The matter got heated when Musk won NASA's contract to build a spacecraft for astronauts ahead of moon mission 2024.
