Assam To Conduct Class 12 Board Examination In July-August
The Assam government on June 10 stated that the board examination for class 12 will be conducted in July-August. Besides, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has indicated about the increase in the number of examination centres to ensure COVID-appropriate behaviour. Earlier, the exams were scheduled to start from May 11 but were postponed due to the second COVID-19 wave.

Tamil Nadu Govt Cancels Board Examination For Class 12
Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin on June 5 announced the cancellation of board exams for class 12 owing to the ongoing second wave of COVID-19 and the probability of the third wave. He also said that the government will soon create a committee to form a mark-awarding system. Besides, CM Stalin requested PM Narendra Modi to cancel "all national level entrance examinations like NEET".

MP Govt Cancels Class 10 Board Exams, Postpones For Class 12
The Madhya Pradesh government has indefinitely postponed the board examination for class 12, while exams for class 10 have been cancelled. The school education department on May 14 issued a notice stating that the assessment for class 10 will be done internally and a minimum of 33 marks will be given to every student. For class 12, the department will issue the timetable 20 days before the examination.
