On day-2 of Ranbir Kapoor's much-hyped 'Shamshera', the film's box-office collection was Rs 10.50 crore, only. The film which marks Ranbir Kapoor's return to the silver screen after four long years has failed to make a mark and entertain the audience. Despite promotions and hype, the film's so far the collection is Rs 20.75 crores. Directed by Karan Malhotra, the film depict war in 1800s India, about tribal leader Shamshera.

Dharma Production's 'JugJug Jeeyo' earned Rs 12.55 crores box-office collection, on day two, June 26. The Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor and Anil Kapoor starer, comedy family watch released on June 24. While on day one, the film recorded over Rs 9 crore, on the second day, it had a massive jump with total earning at Rs 21.83 crores. The film also has YouTuber Prajakta Kohli and Manish Poul.

The recent release, "Bhool Bhualaiyaa 2" crosses Rs 100 crore box-office collection in just 8 days of release. Released on May 20, the film directed by Anees Bazmee was a huge opener for 2022, surpassing a single-day collection of movies like "Gangubai Kathiawad". The film's total collection is  Rs 109.92 crores. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, T-series, the film features Kartik Aryan, Tabu, and Kiara Advani in lead.
