11-Year-old Gujarat Girl Appointed As Collector For One Day

Flora Asodia, an 11-year-old girl suffering from a brain tumor, was made collector for a day by Gujarat's Ahmedabad Collector Sandip Sangle on September 18. Asodia lives in Gandhinagar and studies in class 7, has always dreamt of becoming a collector. Reportedly, the Make-A-Wish foundation requested Sangle to fulfill Asoida's dream and he immediately accepted the request. At 32, The Wanted Singer Tom Parker Diagnosed With Brain Cancer

The lead singer of British-Irish boy band 'The Wanted', Tom Parker, revealed on Instagram that he was battling with brain cancer. Diagnosed with 'stage four glioblastoma tumour', the 32-year-old singer stated, "We are absolutely devastated, but we are gonna fight this all the way", and asked for fans' support. Earlier, Parker and his wife, Kelsy Hardwick, who is also a TV personality, announced that they are expecting a second child.
