Gautam Adani Stands 22nd On Billionaire's List Amid Hindenburg Issue

Industrialist Gautam Adani slipped out of the World' Real-time Billionaires list of Forbes on February 3 and was placed in 22nd position. The ongoing Hindenburg-Adani issue has caused a major loss to the Adani Groups, including defeat in shares, investors and other money losses. From the 4th position, the business tycoon dropped to the 15th position and now stands at 22nd position in Billionaires list.

Man Detained For Threatening Mukesh Ambani And His Family

In Mumbai, the police detained a man, identified as Afzal, who is making threat calls to the business tycoon Mukesh Ambani and his family. Notably, the man called on the landline and threatened the family members, and informed the police, which launched an investigation and detained the person. The police also informed me that the caller was mentally unstable. Furthermore, an FIR has been registered and an investigation is underway.

Apex Court Adjourns Vijay Mallya Money Laundering Case To March 10

The Supreme Court, adjourned the Vijay Mallya's Money laundering case to Mallya to March 10. The Apex Court bench comprising of UU Lalit, Ravindra S Bhat and PS Narasimha, accepted advocate Jaideep Gupta's amicus curiae request, during court hearing on March 9. Notably, Kingfisher owner Mallya has been found guilty of contempt of court for transferring USD 40 million in his children's account, in the money laundering scam.
