On February 21, AP Information Technology Minister Mekapati Goutham, 50-year-old, died due to a heart-attack. Manoj Sharma, a 37-year-old farmer has died due to cardiac arrest near KFC mall at Singhu border on September 15. He belonged to Sonepat's Khanpur Kalan village, Haryana. The 37-year-old had been proactive during the November 2020 protest of farmers encircling Delhi outskirts. He also attended the Samyukt Kisan Morcha's maha-panchayat at Muzaffarnagar in UP. However, the police have filed a case under Section 174 of CrPc.
