World's largest cruise ship makes a voyage with the completion of its trial runs on June 28. World's largest cruise ship, Icon of the Seas is now set to sail in the Caribbean in January 2024, confirmed sources. Measuring a staggering 1,200 feet (365 meters) in length, weighing 250,800 tonnes, is 6% bigger and 10 feet longer than the current largest ship, accommodating 7,960 people, including 2,350 crew members.

Haiti: President Jovenal Moise Assassinated, Says Interim PM
The President of Haiti, Jovenal Moise was shot dead at his residence by unnamed assailants in an “inhuman and barbaric act”, according to Interim PM, Claude Joseph. Reportedly, the president was accused of dictatorship since he came to power in 2017. The rise of political mutiny in the poverty-stricken Caribbean nation is one of the major reasons behind the attack, as per reports.
