Suraj Pancholi Acquitted In Jia Khan Suicide Case

In a breaking newa, the special CBI court announced its verdict in the decade old Bollywood actress Jia Khan suicide case. In the court hearing, the court acquitted Bollywood actor and boyfriend of Jia Khan Suraj Pancholi. Notably, the actor, then 22-year-old was charged under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (abetment of suicide) and was arrested. However, now he is free in the case.

CBI Court To Announce Verdict In Jia Khan Suicide Case

The special CBI court will announce the verdict in the 10-year old suicide case of Jia Khan. The accused Suraj Pancholi and his family are anxious about the verdict, as he was named as the prime accused in the suicide case. iah had died by suicide on June 3, 2013. Sooraj, then 22, was charged under Sec 306 of the Indian Penal Code (abetment of suicide) and was arrested.

YS Avinash Gets Relief, No Arrest Till April 25

YS Avinash Reddy gets relief from the CBI Hyderabad, who are investigating the 2018 YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case. 4 Accused Arrested In 1993 Mumbai Blast Case Remanded14-Days Judicial Custody

A special CBI court remanded four persons, arrested in connection with the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. The four accused, Abu Bakar, Saiyad Qureshi, Mohammad Shoeb Qureshi and Mohammad Yusuf Ismail were sent to judicial custody for 14 days with the CBI for further investigation. Earlier in May, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) arrested the four people from Gujarat after receiving a tip-off, who were produced before the CBI court.
