CCPA Guidelines

The Delhi High Court bench reviewed a petition and stayed a ban on levying service charges on food bills, for restaurants. During the hearing, the court said, hotels and restaurants have no restriction in fixing prices of food, therefore adding extra charges for services in unfair trade practices, and shouldn't be entertained.
