Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) 2022 is scheduled to be held from June 16 to June 18. Karnataka CET is a gateway that facilitates candidates to seek admissions for various professional courses in the state. About 2,16,525 candidates have registered for the exam which will be conducted in 486 centres across the state. About 9,600 invigilators and 20,483 officials have been deployed to carry out the examination duties. 

A group of MBA aspirants who appeared for the CET exam complained about discrepancies between the prescribed and actual exam pattern. The applicants demanded that the results be held off until their queries are resolved or else a re-examination be conducted. Maharashtra government’s Common Entrance Test (CET) for class 11 admission has been cancelled by the Bombay High Court on August 10. The decision regarding the admission of class 11 students will be based on class 10 and internal assessment. The high court has also passed an order to carry out the admission process within six weeks. Previously, the CET exam was scheduled to be held on August 21.
