Delhi Cop’s Son Cheated Of Rs 50,000 With Fake Job Offer In Gigolo Service
In a case of cheating, the son of a police officer has been allegedly deceived of Rs 50,000 on the pretext of getting a job in Gigolo service. Reportedly, the victim is a resident of Kingsway New Police Lines area, and is the son of an assistant sub-inspector of police. The police stated that the victim received a WhatsApp message offering him a job in Gigolo service.

Cop Booked For Alleged Rape & Cheating Of Female Cop In Palghar: Maharashtra
A police constable has been booked for allegedly raping and cheating a woman colleague in Maharashtra, on May 25. The accused the woman constable involved in the case are both posted in Palghar district. According to the complaint, the accused raped the woman constable on multiple occasions under the pretext of marrying her. A case been registered under IPC Section 374 (Rape) and Section 420 (Cheating).

Medical Students Copy With Bluetooth Device Surgically Implanted In Ears: Indore
Two medical students were caught allegedly trying to cheat with a Bluetooth device surgically implanted in their ear while taking an exam, in Indore. In addition, a "flying squad" of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya caught them in the final year exam at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College. Notably, one student had hidden a device with SIM in his vest, while another had a cell phone through which he made calls.

Sex With Woman's Consent Can't Be Called Cheating: Bombay HC
Hearing a case of cheating, the Bombay High Court said that if a woman and man do sex by mutual consent, it cannot be called cheating. Reportedly, Palghar resident Kashinath Gharat was made accused of cheating for having physical relations with a woman for three years on the pretext of marriage. In 1999, a lower court convicted him for cheating and acquitted him of the rape charge.

UAE Based Financer Files Criminal Case Against 83 Makers
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer '83' caught themselves in trouble as a complaint was filed against the makers. Reportedly, UAE-based financer invested nearly Rs 16 crores in the movie and was assured good returns by Vibri Media. However, over not receiving anything in return, the businessman filed a case of cheating and criminal conspiracy against the makers at the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Mumbai.

‘Bluetooth Slippers' Priced At Rs. 6 Lakh Used To Cheat In REET: Rajasthan
Rajasthan police across the state, notably in Bikaner, busted the REET cheating scam. A group of candidates directed by the coaching center owner used calling devices hidden inside slippers to cheat in REET. Over two dozen people were questioned and 40 people have been detained. “A small battery and a SIM card were hidden under the soles of slippers. A Bluetooth enabled micro-earpiece helped them with answers,” officials stated.

Wife Falsy Declares Husband Dead, Obtains Insurance Money
A man from Ahmedabad named Nimesh Marathi has filed a complaint to police that his wife has managed to declare him dead and obtained Rs 18 lakh insurance amount three years ago. However, the police have arrested Marathi's 45-year-old wife Nanada Marathi and the accused doctor Harikrushna Soni for falsy testifying. Reportedly, the doctor had declared the man to be dead due to cardiac arrest on March 6, 2019.
