A private airline flying from Chennai to Dubai got a false bomb threat call on August 27. Following the anonymous call, security services conducted a comprehensive investigation to see whether any explosive materials were put in the Indigo aircraft. The Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. is scheduled to organise live musical performances at metro stations and in trains. The move is expected to increase footfall, and will be carried out for a month, starting this weekend. Reportedly, the performances will be held between 6pm to 8pm, in collaboration with 'On the Streets of Chennai'. The first performance will be held at High Court Metro station, on July 23.
