In a breaking news, the FRRO cancelled the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card of Kannada actor Chetan Kumar. Getting into the details, jis card cancellation came after his "Hindutva" remark. "The Union Ministry of Home Affairs issued an order after a tweet of the actor being critical about Hinduism and BJP Government went viral on the micro blogging site. Kannada Actor Chetan Kumar Arrested For Objectionable Comments
South Indian actor Chetan Kumar got into trouble for his tweet, claimed to be objectionable against the Hindutva in India. The actor was arrested on March 21, confirmed the Sheshadripuram police, which registered a case against Chetan. Notably, the tweet of Chetan, saying Hindutva is built on lies, hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus, following which a case was filed by a pro-Hindu organisation.
