Schools Reopen In Naxal-Dominated Tribal Villages: Chhattisgarh
Many Chhattisgarh districts are dominated by Naxals which makes it difficult for the government to make developments. However, on August 14, after 16 years of fight and struggle, 116 schools reopened in the Naxal-dominated area of the Bijapur district providing education to 2,800 children. "Many schools were destroyed by Naxals in last 15-16 years. The children from Pedda Jojer can get an education now," District Collector said.

Chhattisgarh Generates 16.07 Cr Jobs Under MGNREGA; Highest In India
Recently released data has revealed that Chattisgarh created over 16.07 crore jobs under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in 2020-21.
