The Mumbai Police on January 16 arrested an engineer for allegedly helping air-passengers to skip mandatory institutional quarantine by providing fake documents at Rs 4,000.The 35-year-old accused, Dinesh Gawande, was caught with Rs.1.4 lakh cash, fake rubber stamps stating home quarantine, 200 Saudi Riyals, and letterheads signed by doctors of private hospitals.
