China National Day

The Hong Kong Police arrested atleast 86 people for staging protests on China's National Day, October 1. Reportedly, the protestors gathered on the streets of a popular shopping district and shouted some pro-democracy slogans that are banned by the government. Besides, online calls were also made requesting people to join the protest. One of the protestors said, "It’s China’s national day but this is Hong Kong’s death day.”
