China has built a second enclave or cluster of at least 60 buildings in Arunachal Pradesh, according to new satellite photographs. 13th Round Of Talks With China Doesn't Bear Fruit, Says Indian Army
Indian Army on October 11 said that the 13th round of talks with the Chinese Army didn't yield any good results to resolve the remaining issues along the LAC in Eastern Ladakh. Reportedly, India put the constructive suggestions in the meeting on October 10 but China neither agreed on them and nor provided any forward-looking proposals. However, India said China should take appropriate steps because it changed the status quo.

Mike Pompeo Warns Deployment Of 60,000 Chinese Soldiers At LAC
Following the Quad members' meet, the US secretary of State Mike Pompeo pointed China was deploying 60,000 soldiers on Line of Actual Control (LAC). For discussions during Quad - US, Japan, Australia and India - meet in Tokyo on October 6, he said, the group is developing plans to jointly tackle the Chinese threat in the Indo-Pacific, South China Sea and LAC region. He also blamed the earlier US governments for appeasing China.
