CIA Appoints First-Ever Chief Technology Officer

The CIA has appointed an Indian-origin man as its first-ever Chief Technology Officer. Nand Mulchandani has over 25 years of working experience in the Silicon Valley and the Department of Defense. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, a Master's degree in Science and Management, and a Master's degree in Public Administration. Mulchandani had also worked as the CTO of the JAIC.

Patiala Clash: Key Conspirator Barjinder Parwana Arrested, Transported To Mumbai

Barjinder Singh Parwana, who is suspected to be a key conspirator in the Patiala clashes, has been arrested on May 1. CIA inspector Shaminder Singh arrested Parwana at Mohali airport, and brought him to Mumbai through Vistara flight, at around 7:20 AM. On April 29, two groups clashed outside the Kali Mata temple in Patiala brandishing swords and pelting stones at each other. Four people including two policemen were injured.
