First Official 'Thor: Love and Thunder' Teaser Out
The first official teaser for 'Thor: Love and Thunder' is finally out now. The minute-and-a-half long teaser shows the much-talked-about character, Thor, ditching his rather rough personality to adopt a much more peaceful approach. The teaser features the song 'Sweet Child O' Mine' by rock band Guns N' Roses. The highly anticipated film will reportedly hit the theatres in July this year.

Cinema Halls To Be Open From Oct 22 As Per SOPs: Maha Govt
Maharashtra government has issued the SOPs to open cinema halls and open-air programs from October 22 in the state after almost one and a half years. Reportedly, the cinemas, theatres, and multiplexes can only run on 50% of the total capacity. Besides, the rules are mandatory: the Aarogya Setu app, thermal screening of visitors, adequate social distancing. However, non-vaccinated persons can enter the theatre.

Kerala Decides To Reopen Theatres Ahead Of Big Films' Release
Amidst the pandemic, the Kerala Government has planned to reopen theatres from January 5 with 50 per cent capacity. The move has been taken ahead of big releases like 'Master' during harvest festival season. The officials are expecting Tamil actor Vijay's 'Master' can be a big turnaround for the film business that was affected by the pandemic. Delhi CM Kejriwal Allows Weekly Markets To Function Completely
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on October 7 announced the opening of weekly markets in full capacity. However, the decision will not be applicable for those markets that are in the containment zones. He added cinema halls in the city will also be reopened from October 15 with only 50% occupancy allowed. Besides, the cinema halls have to abide by all the COVID-19 health guidelines issued by the Central Government.

West Bengal: Ahead Of Durga Pooja, Cinema Halls to Reopen from October 1
West Bengal government has allowed the operations of cinema halls and multiplexes, starting October 1. With a view to bring back normalcy ahead of 'Durga Pooja', the state government has allowed the re-opening of cultural congregations related to music, plays, and jatras. Assam Govt. Issues Subsidy Cheques For Opening Theatres, To Aid Film Industry
On September 16, Assam CM Sarbanands Sonowal issued government subsidy cheques to the entrepreneurs for setting up new cinema halls or to reopen and renovate the closed ones in the state. He wishes to promote the entertainment industry in Assam and therefore, handed over the subsidy cheques to five entrepreneurs. "The scheme would help turn the entertainment sector into a potential industry," said Sonowal.
