Maharashtra Teacher Charged For Dismissing Class 10 Student

A private school teacher charged for caning a Class 10 pupil and breaking his hand in Maharashtra's Thane. Police launched a case on August 27 under section 325 (voluntarily causing severe harm) of IPC, based on a complaint filed by the wounded student's parents. The 15-year-old youngster had a disagreement with a classmate, who complained to the instructor. The accused then caned the victim, causing his wrist to swell.

Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Exam To Begin From March 15, Details Here

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education class 10 exams will start from March 15, 2022, in two shifts. Furthermore, the exams will be held in an offline manner from 10:30 am and 3pm with strict adherence following all Covid-19 protocols. Students need to report 30 minutes before the reporting time with a hall ticket at the exam center. BJD MLA 'Gives Befitting Reply' To His Rival; Clears Class 10

Purna Chandra, a 49-year-old Biju Janta Dal MLA, who quit studying in 1997 finally cleared the exam in 2021 and secured 68% marks in Odisha, after failing in his several attempts to pass class 10. Chandra said he cleared the exam to ''give a befitting reply'' to his Congress opponent Sangram Mohanty who ''mocked me saying I was class 9 pass''. Chandra added he will now pursue college studies.

TN CM Palaniswami Declares 'All Pass' For Grade 9 To 11 Students

Owing to COVID-19 situations in Tamil Nadu, CM K Palaniswami has exempted class 9, 10 and 11 students from appearing for exams in the 2020-21 academic year. Schools In Uttarakhand To Reopen From November 2

Uttarakhand Government has decided to reopen 3,791 senior secondary schools from November 2, only for classes 10 and 12. However, the state government has imposed new guidelines including mandatory parental consent forms for the students to attend the school. The students after attending classes, will not be given homework assignments while the revision work will be done through online classes.
