Clubhouse Chat Case: Haryana Student Granted Bail
Akash Suyal, who was arrested in the Clubhouse chat case, has been granted bail by a Metropolitan Magistrate, on March 31. Suyal is a Class XII student from Haryana, who was arrested by the Mumbai Police Cyber Cell for making derogatory and offensive comments about women. Earlier, two co-accused were granted bail. Suyal being the youngest, is the last one to be granted bail.

Clubhouse To Launch Pinned Links; Directs People To External Sites
Clubhouse CEO Paul Davison and director of marketing Maya Watson revealed a new feature named 'Pinned Links' during a media event, which will be launched on October 27. The new feature will allow audio room moderators to attach an external link to the top of the room irrespective of how many followers they have. Listeners can be directed to a website, news story, podcast, YouTube video, and more.

Clubhouse Is No More 'Invite-Only' App For Users
The most talked-about social media platform Clubhouse has opened its gate for everyone as it is no more an invite-only app on iOS and Android. Reportedly, the app was in beta version when it was released during the pandemic. Notably, the app is a social audio platform where people can only speak and listen. It was released in April 2020, however, gained popularity after Tesla's CEO appearance.
