Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal To Visit Poll-Bound Goa

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will be on a two-day visit to Goa, ahead of the 2022 Assembly elections. Arvind Kejriwal will land at the Dabolim Airport and Bandodkar Ground in Panaji at 5:00 PM, on December 21. Later, he is scheduled to address a public meeting. On December 22, Kejriwal will hold a press conference at 5:00 PM in Cidade, Goa. Notably, Goa Assembly elections are scheduled in 2022.

Water Pumps To Be Installed To Avoid Water-Logging: Delhi Govt

The Delhi government has instructed the officials to install water pumps in order to solve the waterlogging issue during heavy rainfall. CM Arvind Kejriwal, earlier, on August 24 chaired a meeting over Drainage Master Plan and had instructed the PWD & Water Minister Satyendar Jain to take initiatives to resolve the problem. However, the PWD officials have identified 147 water logging sites across the city.

Following the delay of one year, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on September 12 inaugurated the revamped 1.4 km stretch of the Chandni Chowk market with several new facilities. The facilities include street furniture, decorative lights and plants, red granite stone, CCTVs, and no dangling wires. Moreover, food joints can be opened until 12 AM and the stretch will be no traffic zone between 9 AM - 9 PM.

Arvind Kejriwal Re-Elected As APP Party's Supremo For Third-Time

In the national executive meeting held on Sept 12, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was re-elected as AAP's National Convener for the third time in a row. Earlier, the party's constitution didn't allow the candidate to hold the position for more than two years.
