Religious Offerings In Open Spaces Will Not Be Tolerated: CM Manohar
Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar on December 10, said that offering namaz in public places will not be tolerated. "I have told the police to resolve the issue. There is no problem with people offering namaz at their designated place... The issue will be resolved amicably," he mentioned. However, Gurugram administration withdrew its permission to offer namaz at eight out of 37 sites in November.

Thousands of farmers have protested against the three controversial farm laws by gathering outside the residence of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal khattar on October 2. Meanwhile, police, developed with tear gas vehicles, tried to disperse them using water cannons. A day Earlier, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait also warned against the protest as the centre said they'd not buy Kharif, paddy from Punjab and Haryana till October 11.

CM Manohar Lal Khattar Rides Bicycle On World Car Free Day
On the occasion of World Car Free day, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar rode a bicycle with his colleagues and MLAs from his residence to the secretariat in Chandigarh on September 22. Khattar also said his government would soon launch an electric vehicle policy and will give subsidies on EVs to protect the environment from being polluted. Meanwhile, the CM also inaugurated an exhibition of electric vehicles here.

Police Will Use Force If Protesting Farmers Throw Stones: Haryana CM
CM Manohar Lal Khattar on August 28 said that if the protesting farmers ''jam highways and throw stones at police, then the police will also take steps to maintain law and order''. Notably, his remark came after Haryana police lathi-charged the farmers to disperse them in Karnal, resulting in injury to four farmers and 10 policemen. Reportedly, farmers gathered in Karnal to protest against the farm laws.
