Former J&K CM Omar Abdullah Questioned By ED In Bank Money Laundering Case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in a bank case, on April 7. The case is related to a building which was purchased by the J&K bank, about 12 years ago. Reportedly, Abdullah arrived at the federal probe agency's headquarters to file his statement. ED registered the said case earlier this year, reported PTI. Further details on the matter is awaited.

Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa Set To Resign From His Post
Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa has finally confirmed that he will resign from his post on July 26. Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat Resigns Over Constitutional Crisis
Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat has resigned from his post on the late night of July 2, citing the constitutional crisis in the state. Meanwhile, he said, ''I have submitted my resignation to Governor. Given the constitutional crisis, I felt it was right for me to resign.'' However, Rawat has resigned within four-month after taking over the position from Trivendra Singh Rawat. The state is yet to announce the next CM.
