Fraud Complaint Filed Against SpiceJet MD Ajay Singh For Giving Fake Share Certificates
Ajay Singh, the chairman and managing director of SpiceJet, and others have been charged with fraud for allegedly scamming a resident of Gurugram by giving him forged share certificates. Amit Arora, the complainant, claimed that Singh gave him a fake depository instruction sheet (DIS) for 10 lakh shares as payment for his services. The allegation was later deemed "frivolous, mischievous and bogus" by SpiceJet.

Cargo, Logistics Company SpiceXpress To Separate From SpiceJet Airline By August 1st Week
SpiceXpress will be split out from SpiceJet airline during the first week of August, according to the carrier's CMD Ajay Singh, after receiving clearance from banks and shareholders. Since June 19, the airline's planes have experienced at least eight technical issues, leading Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to issue a show-cause notice.
