In a cheque bounce case filed against Café Coffee Day, Karnatka's Mudigere JMFC court has ordered non-bailable arrest warrants for eight officials. The order includes the names of CCD founder late VG Siddhartha's wife Malavika, Jayaraj Hubli, Sadanand Poojary, Nithin Bagmane, and four others. The case was filed by a Karnataka coffee farmer K. Nandish after ten cheques worth Rs. 45 lakh against a coffee purchase bounced.
