Delhi Metros Issues Order After Viral Kissing Video Of Couple In Metro
After the viral video of couple kissing in the Delhi, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) issued an order appealing its commuters to be vigilant about behaving in public. The order mentioned to "refrain from indulging in such obscene activities" and also asked commuters to report such incident with the nearest metro offices. Notably, a couple sitting on the floor were kissing in public, which went viral.

Crane Breakdown During Metro Work Led To Traffic And Blockade: Mumbai
The breakdown of a crane used in metro construction work resulted in traffic snarls and blockades on LBS road in Bhandup, leading to commuters' suffering delays. Many commuters took to Twitter to complain about the mismanagement. Navi Mumbai To Have Water Taxi Services From Feb 7
Navi Mumbai residents can rejoice as water taxi services from Belapur jetty to Gateway of India in South Mumbai will kick start from February 7. The new service will be reducing travel time between Mumbai from Belapur travel in just 60 minutes. The water taxis operating from Navi Mumbai will be operational in a phased manner connecting the city to Mumbai and Jawaharlal Nehru Port trust.

Mumbai Rail Corporation Launches Trial Run Of Metro Line-3
The Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) launched the trial run of the Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ Metro line-3 at Sariput Nagar in Aarey Colony, Maharashtra. On August 30, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis flagged off the trial run at 11:00 am, which came as a relief to commuters in the area. Furthermore, the 33.5 km underground route, will connect south Mumbai with the western suburbs in the State.

Only 19% Indians Open to Travelling During Upcoming Festive Season, Says Survey
LocalCircles, a community social media platform conducted a survey about people’s travel preferences post Covid-19, during the upcoming festive season. It has been revealed that only 19% of Indians are open to traveling in the period of October-December. The survey was conducted on 25,000 people across 239 districts. Also, those willing to travel in this period would prefer to do the bookings close to the travel dates, the survey found.
