Doctor Suggests Taking 20 Second Breaks To Avoid Computer Vision Syndrome
An eye specialist Dr. Saurabh Chaudhary has said that one must take a '20-second break', after every 20 minutes of working in front of the screen. He further added that one must be cautious about the body posture, quality of the screen, and lighting of the room. Redness, irritation, and difficulty in focusing, are some symptoms of "Computer vision Syndrome", which can be caused by using computers for long hours.
