Congress B Chairman

Former Kerala Minister R Balakrishna Pillai passed away at the age of 87 on May 3 in Kerala's Kottarakara. Pillai, the chairman of Kerala Congress B, had served as Kerala's minister for transport, excise and power. Becoming an MLA at the young age of 25, Pillai was one of the founders of the Kerala Congress. His son, KB Ganesh Kumar, has sealed a victory in the recent Kerala Assembly elections.
