Rahul Gandhi Offers Prayer At Golden Temple Amritsar
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday today offered prayers at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. The Congress MP will also participate in volunteer service at the Sachkhand Shri Harmandir Sahib. Earlier today, Punjab Congress president Raja Waring said that Rahul Gandhi is on his personal, spiritual visit. Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi on August 8, said the I.N.D.I.A. was forced to bring the no-confidence motion, to break PM Narendra Modi's "maun vrat" on the Manipur violence. Gogoi posed three questions to BJP Government, in this regard. The questions include, why PM Modi didn't visit Manipur to date, why did it take almost 80 days to finally speak on Manipur and why Manipur CM is not sacked.

Congress Maha Lok Sabha MP Suresh Dhanorkar Passed Away
The Congress' lone Lok Sabha member from Maharashtra, Balu Dhanorkar, died at a private hospital in the National Capital Region Tuesday early morning. Notably, Balasahed Thorat shared the news of his demise, "He was admitted to a Nagpur-based hospital last week for the treatment of kidney stones. He was later shifted to New Delhi but he could not survive." Dhanorkar(47) is survived by wife Pratibha, an MLA, and two sons.

Visa Scam: Court Asks Congress MP Karti Chidambaram To Join Investigation
Congress MP Karti Chidambaram has been directed to join the investigation by a special court, upon his arrival to India, in the ongoing "visa scam". Karti is scheduled to arrive India on May 24. Furthermore, the court directed CBI to issue a notice three working days in advance, if Karti needs to be arrested. Advocate Kapil Sibal stated, there's no prima facie evidence that Karti is involved in the matter.

Delhi HC Issues Notice To P Chidambaram In INX Media Case
The Delhi High Court (HC) issued a notice to the former Union Minister and Congress MP P Chidambaram, on March 25. Reviewing Enforcement Directorate (ED)'s plea, challenging a trial court order, the bench issued notice. With this, the matter has been adjourned to April 20. Notably, Chidambaram, his son and others are alleged in INX Media money laundering case.

Congress MP Moves Adjournment Notice Over Fuel Price Hike
Concerned about rising fuel prices, Congress MP Manickam Tagore moved adjournment motion notice, demanding discussion over hike in fuel prices, in Lok Sabha. Notably, after approximately four months, petrol, diesel and LPG cylinder prices were increased again by 80 paise. This is the third consecutive day that prices have increased in India. Seven-Term Dadra And Nagar MP Mohan Delkar Found Dead In Mumbai Hotel
Former Congress leader and seven-term MP from Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Mohan Delkar was found dead in a hotel, Mumbai on February 22. Reportedly, the police has sent the body for post mortem and a suicide note has been recovered. While the proximate death cause of a 58-year-old remains unclear, the cops have called for a probe. Moreover, Mr. Delkar had quit congress in 2019 and contested an independent national-election.
