Pawan Khera Deboarded From Flight, Congress Stage Protest: Delhi

Congress leader staged a protest after leader Pawan Khera was stopped from taking an IndiGo flight. On February 23, Khera has forced to de-board the flight due to a baggage issue. Addressing the media, Khera said, "They said the DCP will meet you. I have been waiting for a long time. There is no sign of law and order." The sit-in right next to the aircraft is underway.

Prohibitory Measures Imposed In Kodagu, Karnataka From August 24 To 27

Kodagu authorities have issued prohibitory measures across the district under Section 144 of the CrPC and related provisions of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963. The orders will go into effect at 6 a.m. on August 24 and will stay in force until 6 p.m. on August 27. The government has rejected permission for both the Congress protest and the BJP's Jana Jagruthi Samavesha. Both events are set for August 26.
