With the ECI announcement of the election schedule in poll bound states, Congres started their campaign strategies. Recently, Rahul Gandhi was asked about the need of Caste Census Survey, to which he replied asking how many journalists are from OBC, Dalits or Backward. The action of Gandhi, created a spark, which is now being a weapon of the INC, raising question against PM Modi, as why they're restricting caste census.

Elections For 5 States To Begin On November 7, Results On Dec 3: ECI
Indian political parties including Congress and BJP, gear up for the 2023 State Assembly elections in five states, after the Election Commission of India, announced the schedule. As per the ECI announcement on October 9, the polling for five states are: Mizoram (November 7;) Madhya Pradesh Nov. 17; Chhattisgarh Nov. 7 and 17, two-phases; Rajasthan on Nov. 23; and Telangana on Nov. 30; Vote counting is on December 3.

ECI To Announce Elections Schedule For 5 States, Press Conference At Noon
The Election Commission of India (ECI) is all set to announce the polling schedule of five Indian states, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. Congress' CWC To Hold Meeting On Oct 9, Will Discuss Political Strategy
Congress' top decision-making body CWC will meet on October 9 to deliberate on the current political situation and further firm up the strategy for the upcoming round of state polls. The meeting comes just over three weeks after the first meeting of the reconstituted Congress Working Committee (CWC) was held in Hyderabad on September 16 to evolve a strategy for the upcoming assembly polls in five states, and 2024 elections.

Congress Leader Booked For Making Derogatory Comments Against Smriti Irani
A case has been registered against local Congress leader Deepak Singh here for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Union Minister Smriti Irani. According to sources, Deepak Singh held a two-day dharna against the suspension of licence of Sanjay Gandhi Hospital here which ended on September 27 evening with a candle march and said something against the Amethi MP. Asaduddin Owaisi Slams BJP, Says Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam Shocked Parliament
All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on September 24, said that the 'two' votes opposing the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam "shocked the Parliament."
