Sex With Woman's Consent Can't Be Called Cheating: Bombay HC

Hearing a case of cheating, the Bombay High Court said that if a woman and man do sex by mutual consent, it cannot be called cheating. Reportedly, Palghar resident Kashinath Gharat was made accused of cheating for having physical relations with a woman for three years on the pretext of marriage. In 1999, a lower court convicted him for cheating and acquitted him of the rape charge.
