Consumer Affairs Deptt's App Improves Tracking Of Essential Commodities
Citing the recently-launched price monitoring app by the Consumer Affairs Department, the Centre on February 28 revealed that wholesale and retail prices of 22 essential commodities have improved significantly. Reportedly, the January 2021-launched app monitors essential commodities' prices, including of oils, pulses, grains, vegetables and other groceries, from 127 centres.
