Meta To Delay Taking Commission From Creators On Facebook, Instagram Until 2024
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg stated that the organization will "hold off on any revenue sharing on Facebook and Instagram until 2024." FB Launches Commission Scheme For Instagram Content Creators' Earning
Content creators on Instagram will now be able to earn a commission from products that their followers buy from their profile, announced Facebook in a blog post. The new feature named ‘Native Affiliate Tool' will even allow creators to "display and sell their products directly to fans". Besides, to maintain transparency, “Eligible for Commission” tag will be shown at the top of such posts from the content creators.
