Delhi HC To Commence Live Streaming Of Court Hearing
The Delhi High Court will commence live streaming of court proceedings in an identified manner from October 11. The live streaming will be implemented on a case-by-case basis in accordance with court directives. It is important to note that the content available through live streaming is for informational purposes only and does not constitute the official court record. However, without permission one cannot record the proceedings.

Suraj Pancholi Acquitted In Jia Khan Suicide Case
In a breaking newa, the special CBI court announced its verdict in the decade old Bollywood actress Jia Khan suicide case. In the court hearing, the court acquitted Bollywood actor and boyfriend of Jia Khan Suraj Pancholi. Notably, the actor, then 22-year-old was charged under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (abetment of suicide) and was arrested. However, now he is free in the case.
