Jammu & Kashmir Crosses 4-Lakh Mark Cases: COVID-19
With highest ever single-day spike of 5394 new COVID-19 cases in J&K on January 24, four new deaths were reported each in Kashmir & Jammu divisions in the last 24 hours. The overall tally, in the Union Territory, as per officials has risen to 4,02,596, while the death toll reached to 4,613-2,360 in Kashmir and 2,253 in Jammu. Notably, 353374 patients have recovered from the virus so far.

8,449 New COVID-19 Cases, 4 Deaths Reported In Karnataka
In Karnataka 8,449 new COVID-19 cases and four deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, informed the health department on January 7. The cumulative case tally with new cases in the state mounted to 30,31,052, of which 30,113 are active cases. So far, 38,362 people have died, and 29,62,548 recovered. Reportedly, the positivity rate stands at 4.15%.

Delhi Reports 5,481 New COVID Cases, Highest Since May
Delhi continues to witness a rise in COVID-19 cases with 5,481 new cases, with a 8.37% positivity rate. Cases were confirmed after 65,487 tests. In addition, the national capital reported 3 deaths and 1,575 recoveries. Reportedly, this is the highest number of cases, reported since May 2021. With this, Delhi has 14,889 active cases. Furthermore, a total of 8,593 people are under home isolation and the rest are in hospital.

India Records 6,984 New Cases; Kerala Reports 3,377 Cases: COVID-19
The Union Health Ministry on December 15 said, India reported 6,984 new COVID-19 cases, 8,168 recoveries, and 247 deaths in the past 24 hours. India's total active cases stand at 87,562, recoveries at 3,41,46,931, and the death toll at 4,76,135, reported ANI. Meanwhile, Kerala added 3,377 new COVID-19 cases and 28 deaths in the national tally. So far, India has administered more than 134.61 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses.

India Records 7,774 COVID-19 Cases, 306 Deaths In Past 24 Hours
India recorded 7,774 new COVID-19 cases, 8,464 recoveries in the last 24 hours, said the Union Health Ministry on December 12. The total deaths in the country reached 4,75,434 cases with 306 new deaths in the past 24 hours. While total recoveries and active cases stand at 3,41,22,795 and 92,281, respectively. Besides, India's vaccine administration crossed 132.93 crore doses so far.

India Records 7,992 New COVID-19 Cases; Daily Positivity Rate Below 2%
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on December 11 said India registered 7,992 new COVID-19 cases, and 9,265 recoveries, and 393 deaths in the past 24 hours. The active caseload currently stands at 93,277, which is reported to be the lowest in 559 days. However, the daily positivity rate is below 2% for the last 68 days. Besides, the country's vaccine administration crossed 131.99 crore doses so far.

India Reports 8,503 New COVID-19 Cases; Recovery Rate Stands At 98.36%
India recorded 8,503 new COVID-19 cases, 7,678 recoveries, and 624 deaths in the past 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry on December 10. The total active cases in India stands at 94,943 and recovered cases at 341,05,066 and deaths at 4,74,735. The recovery rate is said to be at 98.36%, the highest since March 2020. Besides, the vaccine administration in the country crossed 131.18 crore doses.

India Records 8,306 Covid-19 Cases; Active Cases Lowest In 552 Days
India reported 8,306 new cases and 8,834 recoveries in the last 24 hours, according to the data of the Union Health Ministry on December 6. Meanwhile, 211 deaths were recorded in the country, taking the total tally to 4,73,537. The active caseload stands at 98,416, which is said to be the lowest in 552 days. The recovery rate of the country reportedly stands at 98.35%.

India Records 8,774 New COVID-19 Cases, 9,481 Recoveries, 621 Deaths
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on November 28 said India recorded 8,774 new cases of COVID-19 and 9,481 and 621 deaths in the last 24 hours. The active caseload stands at 1,05,691 in the country, which is said to be the lowest in 543 days. The total number of deaths in India has reached 4,68,554. Besides, India has so far administered over 121.94 crore vaccines.
