India Logs 5,476 New COVID-19 Cases, 158 Deaths In Last 24 Hours
India reported 5,476 new COVID-19 cases, on March 6. The Union Health Ministry has confirmed 9,754 recoveries and 158 deaths in the last 24 hours. While the active caseload stands at 59,442, taking the total caseload to 4,29,62,953. Furthermore, the current recovery rate in the country stands at 98.66%. However, IIT Kanpur has predicted fourth wave Covid-19 in June. Moreover, as of now, India has administered 178.83 crore vaccine doses.

India Logs 35,178 New Cases & 440 Fatalities In 1 Day: Covid-19
As many as 35,178 new Covid-19 cases and 440 deaths were recorded in India, on August 18. According to a report by the health ministry, the total number of Covid-positive cases in India stands at 3.67 lakhs while the death toll has reached 4.32 lakhs. The recovery rate stands at 97.52% since March 2020 which remains higher than neighbouring nations. Also, India has received 56.06 crore vaccines so far.
